Here is a situation I have experienced:

During my job experience with All American Flooring (A Flooring Company). We did numerous projects with the sister company called Quality Remodeling Design. It’s Construction Company certified by the state of Texas. I was appointed to be in charge of a project for building an addition to a house in Dallas, TX. I inspected the job and went through all the project matertiala to see what was needed to complete it. This includes anaylzing the architects drawing and permits needed to begin the job by the Dallas city code. I found out that
The architect needed to be changed because he ignored vital details of the project. I asked to the architect to renew his work again. I took the responsibility and took all the paper work in person to do all the changes and made sure everything was going to be right before I started the job. I started the building after I got all the permits needed such as plumbing, electric, building, mechanical, foundation. I built the addition. I passed the inspection within the time of the contract. I saved the companies face, fees, penalties, and reputation. I kept the customer happy and have become a close friend. This customer respect and trusts me and continues to send customers today. I was rewarded by the company and by the customer for going beyond my job description.

My personal attributes:
I make decisions based on my evaluation of a situations and/or circumstances. I believe leaders need to think on their toes and be their own person. I believe a leader over-exceeds expectations and never attempts the bare minimum. I have work ethic, I am honest, I am responsible.
