Pages 5-12: introduction, body and conclusion. The body should include a case study. Include name, age, limitation of person, rehab treatment etc. The rehab and conditioning should be done utilizing the principles and repertoire of BASI pilates. The conclusion should include the results from the theory of BASI program.
Page 13: Bibiliography should be included behind the conclusion. Must site all books, essays, articles, interviews etc used to research and compile the paper. Include name, author, publisher, date of publication and copyright.

-I have taken on leadership roles in Shell's Diversity & Inclusiveness Council, as well as the company's Generation X Network, Network NeXt.

-Work for Motiva Enterprises, a joint venture of Shell Oil Company and Saudi Refining Incorporated. In my career at Shell Oil, I have spent the first two years exploring the financial side of Oil Product Supply. Working in refined product exchange gave me insight into the life cycle of oil products, and how this company's daily operations are affected by other major oil companies. Reconciling exchange acitivities on a monthly basis honed my technical and transactional accounting skills, as well as my analytical skills. Because my assignment covered exchange contracts with BP and ChevronTexaco, I dealt with the exchange partner at each of these companies on a daily basis and quickly developed communication skills that proved to be most effective when dealing with outside customers. In my new assignment (a promotion within the Shell companies), I will move to the Distribution side of the business and work primarily with Motiva's terminals in the Gulf Coast area. My duties will include consolidation and distribution of financial statements for these terminals. The position will strengthen my abilities in profit and loss analysis, as well as process analysis. Once my two-year commitment within Distribution Finance is completed I will continue on to another business unit within Shell in order to further enhance my skillset.
After one or two assignments within the finance skillpool I plan to pursue a career in Shell's internal Oil Product Consulting firm (OMC). The OMC hires only the most competitive candidates, 50% of which come from outside consulting firms. WOrking within this division will allow me to learn of best practices shared by former external consultants. I will have the opportunity to travel all over the world (i.e. Brazil, London, the Netherlands, Palestine) to consult management on issues such as country strategy, deregulation studies, supply chain strategy, marketing planing, brand management, merger and acquisitions, and new market entry and exit. Additionally, working within OMC I will have exposure to many of the key issues facing Oil Products business, as well as exposure to the top decision makers within Shell's global arenas.

-After several years of service within the Oil Industry, I would like to consolidate my financial skills into an entrepeneurial effort. I am currently working towards ceritification in the instruction of Pilates. Pilates is a strengthening exercise program based on the work of Austrian ballerina Joseph Pilates. I would like to open a Pilates studio and help those looking for an exciting exercise regimen, or those with physical ailments or disabilities looking for rehabilitation.
