Research a company with a union and contact the HR manager, a union representative, or both to see if they would be willing to assist you with this project. You might need to email them and document their response. Using the material contained in chapter 10. You will contact the company representative(s) and interview them regarding the questions in the topic called ?Administrative Issues under Collective Bargaining?. You can do this in person, by phone, or if needed, by email.

Do not discuss what is the ratio is measuring, the formula used to calculate it and the amount changes over the five year period.
