The written report should have three major sections

1) Identification of the strategic issues and problems? This section contains a focused paragraph defining the problem. A problem well-defined is half solved therefore your analysis must contain a clear statement as to the underlying problem facing the organization. Specify the constraints and options available to the organization.

2) Analysis and evaluation. This section contains thoughtful and succinct assessment of industry, market, buyer behavior and organization. Be careful not to restate case information, rather focus on assessment and interpretation of the facts, qualitative and quantitative data and management views. SWOT analysis framework that you learned in W3 is one of the useful tools to use in case analysis

This section should also present three alternative courses of actions with pros and cons analysis for each alternative.

3) Recommendations. This section presents set of recommendations chosen from the alternatives discussed in the previous section. Make sure those recommendations are coming out of your assessment of the situation. Recommendations should be operational and realistic given case situation.

The written report should deal with the following issues:
1.What are main factors that Nor'easters should take into account in establishing a pricing policy.
2. Design a ticket pricing plan for the Nor'easters first season. Be specific and explain the assumption - especially assumptions of cause and effect- that underline your strategy.
3. Using the pricing plan you have designed and given Buckingham's assumptions about concession sales, will the team reach breakeven in the first year? If not, what options does Buckingham have to reach his target?
In responding to the above, please do make relevant and appropriate use of data included in the case study. Also for case analysis you don't need to conduct additional research, utilize the information presented in the case.

Title: Easter Rising of 1916 and Irish American Involvement specifically

  • Total Pages: 10
  • Words: 2868
  • References:10
  • Citation Style: MLA
  • Document Type: Research Paper
Essay Instructions: We will pay $175.00 for the completion of this order.

"Irish America played a big role throughout the course of the rising. As the Rising developed, so did Irish nationalism, even across seas. I’d like to explore the extent of such nationalism or lack thereof. I would also like to explain how organizations such as the IRB (Irish Republican Brotherhood) and Fenian Brotherhood established Irish Nationalism throughout America. Also how it evolved into the Clan Na Gael.
Most importantly, through the influence of important Irish figures and institutions such Eamon Devalera, John Redmond, the Gaelic American, I would like the paper to outline how these people and other Irish Americans were crucial in the ultimate support and aid of the Irish Nationalists as they fought for home rule, and eventually independence. Also, if possible mention those Irish Americans who lost conviction in the cause for Irish independence."

This is my thesis paragraph. And it should be the bulk of my paper. If you can, please, include BRIEF background about the proceedings of the Easter Rising of 1916 and the events leading up to it. Please incorporate as many names as possible, especially the ones listed above. And emphasize the contribution (or lack thereof) of Irish Americans to the cause and how it influenced the turn of events. There is no minimum or maximum number of quotations but they all should be cited. Any quotes longer than 5 lines should be indented and italicized. DO NOT use parenthetical citations. Please use strictly footnotes. The first footnote of each newly cited source should be the complete description of the source (Author name, title, publisher, year etc.,) with the page number from which it is cited. Every footnote from the same source after that should just include the last name and the page number. Also websites should also be cited.

I will make sure to send you, via email the sources I would like for you to use. I have included websites and newspaper archives as well. Most of the books I used only have certain chapters I'd like for you to use. I will indicate which ones and which chapters. Also if you happen to find your own that might help, feel free to add them. But please try to include the sources I provide at least once. Please let me know if you do not have access to any of the sources. I'll try to provide those to you via scan and email.

Thank you for your service. I appreciate your help, and I hope this process goes smoothly. Please try to get it back to me by the deadline. I’m counting on it. Thank you again.

Title: Societal collapses caused by misuse of environmental resources

  • Total Pages: 7
  • Words: 2396
  • Bibliography:7
  • Citation Style: MLA
  • Document Type: Research Paper
Essay Instructions: I want the first part of the paper to discuss why it is important to study the environmental abuse of past societies, to help us avoid the same errors. the rest of the paper should focus on individual societies that collapsed due to environmental misuse. The ones I would most like to cover are Easter Island, Maya, and Greenland Norse, although more or fewer societies is fine. some of these societies collapse not SOLELY due to misuse of resources, so it is good to touch on that, but the main point of the paper is to learn the lessons that past environmental failures can teach us.
