Specific guidelines: I need a 12 page Research paper with 10 resources due by 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 12, 2005. The topic is Diet and Exercise. What needs to be researched and discussed is, what role does exercise play in dieting. Is exercise a part of a diet or can it be a whole diet itself? Different diets need to be checked and see what type of exercise plan you should follow and what part does age play in dieting? How does age affect your metabolism and in turn how does that effect the type of diet and exercise you must do as you age?

I need a works cited page. If you need to put something in quotations, please after the sentence or paragraph put where you cited it from. Example like something from the Bible. "For God so loved the world........" (John 3:16)than continue with whatever else you write. Just do that every time you have to quote something.

Thank you.

I need to try to use strong facts and figures, powerful examples, and narratives that the audience can identify with.

The closure statement should be powerful.

The amount of sources used, and where they come from, are flexible.

Every year, especially at the beginning, people attempt to lose weight with "Fad" diets; more times than not they fail. If they do not fail, their weight loss is short lived. This is the reson why I chose my topic.
