Essay Instructions: I have posted a PDF document in the Document Sharing files entitled Cisco SWOTs. Please read this as it will be the primary reference source for the final Assignment of the course in Week Sixteen.

Some preliminary information:

This document is an actual extraction from Cisco's strategic plan a number of years ago. You should research Cisco Systems which will give you information for their climate, culture and environment.

The major emphasis of the assignment will be:

ASSIGNMENT: This will be a mini paper on explaination of Cisco SWOTs and what direction they should take in their strategy of implementation. Please submit a minimum of 5 FULL page double-spaced type-in APA format (again format template will be within Document Sharing files) written (TEXT only) . 10% of grade will be deducted if not submitted in APA style. Assignment turn in will be Friday, December 17th prior to 11:59pm in Week Sixteen's dropbox.
• Review and analyze the SWOTs that were in Cisco's Strategic Plan.
• Elaborate on their strategy and draw conclusions on how they should have implemented courses of action from the SWOTs.
• Prepare a graphic model within the Appendix of how these SWOTs interact and/or intersect.
Minimum number of pages is 5 full text pages accompanied with a minimum number of 2 references, one which will be our text which will have the descriptions of the strategies.
