I want you to write a RESEARCH PROPOSAL about INTRODUCING BUD LIGHT BEER INTO TURKEY MARKET. This is my final project of marketing research course. I will write the instructions below, and also I will upload powerpoint slides that includes all the steps that you should follow. I want 9 pages, and also I chose Freshman English for writing, so please consider this.


1) SUMMARY: a brief statement of the major points from each of the sections below. The objective is to allow an executive(typically the VP of Marketing) to develop a basic understanding of the proposal without reading it. Include the time requirement and budget.

2) BACKGROUND: a statement of the management problem, the marketing opportunity, the factors that influence it and what the current situation is. ( SWOT: should be max. 1 page, if you want, you can use bullet points while writing.) Description of the product, enumeration of the competitors, description of the customer and a general description of the market situation are appropriate here. ( 3-4 pages)

3) OBJECTIVES: a short description of the 'marketing pain' to be addressed. What does management want? How will the information generated by the marketing research help them to understand the problem/ opportunity. How will it be used? A short description of the types of data necessary to address the management objectives is appropriate here. ( only 1 or 2 objectives needed, one is better( half page) , the most important thing is to find 4-5 researchable questions that will answer the objective.

4) RESEARCH APPROACH: a detailed but non-technical description of the data collection methodology, measurements appropriate to the marketing opportunity, measurement instrument, sample and analytical techniques. (These are all written in powerpoint slides, the research approach will have 5 tasks)

5) TIME AND COST REQUIREMENTS: an axplanation of the time and costs required to complete the planned methodolgyi accompanied by a Critical Path Method (CPM) chart. Each task in the Research approach should be discrete in the budget. ( 2 pages needed; 1 page is for Budget, 1 page is for CPM Chart.

6) TECHNICAL APPENDIX: any secondary data found during your explatory research germane to the marketing opportunity, focus group script and survey questionnaire.

Please do not forget to use powerpoint slides while writing. It is very important to follow them.
