Essay Instructions: I do have a working title: "The Southeast Asia Sars outbreak of 2003: The anatomy of an epidemic." The paper should answer the who,what,when,where,why,and how. Guidelines for the paper are: The development of the problem is more than just description. It must include an analysis. Must include a "Recommendation for Sustainable Soultions" what would be the advantages or disadvanteges of writer's recommendations/impacts. Bibliography Should include sources from professional journals not just the internet. The sections of the body of the paper must have subtitles.

Essay Instructions: Southeast Asian states exhibit striking variation in the type of states. What are the impacts of the type of states on economic development? Why have some countries managed to achieve transitions to an export-oriented industrial economy but not others? Make specific reference to the relations between state and business in each case.

I understand I have only paid for 5 sources to be used, but these are the books listed that have to be considered so please use the four best sources out of these that help convey the historical origins of modern ethnic conflicts in both Burma and Malaysia. I have gotten several papers from here before and know that it is a great resource to gain knowledge on topics. Please be as specific as possible when addressing these issues.
