Essay Instructions: watch all of the documentary :A Personal Journey with Martin Scorsese Through American Movies (Parts One, Two, and Three: all twenty-five clips). Take careful notes on the films each episode deals with, what the episode focuses on, and what you have learned from each episode.

The paper has to be used only in APA reference style. This has to be a research paper tells a story of an individual's journey into "borderline personality disorder." The paper has to be writen in first-person. The writing must be completed in story format, but references need to be cited! References should exceed ten sources and include only professional journals and books (including DSM 4-TR.)
Areas of concentration must include, but not limited to, family of origin risk factors, environmental and physical risk factors prior to symptom development, description of symptom onset as well as psychosocial issues, detailed progression of symptoms, historical depiction of lifestyle and consequences of disorder, means of introduction into treatment, direct of stigma, diagnosis, treatment episodes and the most two effective treatments (be specific) and treatment response, significans events during treatment, relapse and long term outcome, and life after effective treatment interventions.

Essay Instructions: Journeys at the hands of war play a significant role in both The Iliad and Henry V. What is the significance of the journey in each text? Keep in mind, this ?journey? does not have to be spatial in nature as great distances do not have to be traversed for a personal journey to occur. Thinking in terms of characters, how are the major characters affected by their wartime journeys?

For this essay, write a 4 page paper that discusses the purpose and symbolism of the journey that is war by examining its affect on 2 or 3 characters in these two texts.

1-Write in an academic style, but write from a first person perspective.
2-Describe your collaboration with your supporter. Discuss aspects of their support that were and weren't helpful to you and how you negotiated to get the support you needed.
3-Compare and contrast your Recovery journey to that of a mental health consumer, using your insight and relevant literature. Take into consideration potential differences in your life situation and social status to that of a consumer.
4-Identify and discuss factors that impacted on your ability to be successfull- bothinternal (your own motivation) and external factors (things beyond your control).
5-Explore and articulate the importance of consumers as drivers of their own Recovery by comparing to your own experiences and relevant literature.
6-Explain how your understanding of the recovery approach will enable you to provide evidenced based nursing care for consumers. Referring to your personal journey, relevant literature and perceptions of the consumer experience.
