Essay Instructions: Paradigm Evaluation of Learning Environments, Paradigms are the frameworks from which we operate. This is easy to say but can be difficult to understand just how deeply pardigms influence thinking and actions. Make a table of 2 colums where on one side there is a belief about students, for example, all students can learn-- then indicate how the belief is operationalized through actions. Then on the other side of the table put down the opposite paradigm or belief, like not all students can learn. Then indicate how that might be operationalized. Use 7 to 10 beliefs about leadership, administration or learning. Then based on the analysis of paradigms, develop a short evaluation of a learning environment. This should be a rubric for learning environments
