Essay Instructions: probability counting stories project : you will have to write or create a children story, fairy tale. nursery rhyme, or song so that it includes probability and counting consepts and principles.the mathematics you introduce in the story must connect to the context of the story, and provide opportunties for decision makin on the part of the characters withing the story.The mathematics may be complex but try to keep the story simple.The assessment of this assignment will foucus on the mathematics within the story line and the intergration of narrative and mathematical forms in the story.

Essay Instructions: The library I visited was Warren Newport library for the material.Write a short paragraph for each book that indicates how you as a teacher might use the material you found in each book, the age of children for whom the book is appropriate, whether the material is within childs knowledge base, whether the songs are within the childs singing range, on a scale from 1 to 10 rate how well you like the book.

Listen to and evaluate five recordings. Specify the age of children for whom it was designed and the function for which it was designed (music concept learning or academic concepts). How is the tone quality and sound reproduction? Does a flute sound like a flute? Is the music expressive of mood? Can the singers' words be understood? Are there any young children singing? Can you and young children sing within the same tone range? Are written lyrics provided? What is the song content: ethnic, classical, religious, holiday, nursery rhymes, folk songs, singing games?

Is there a strong beat or discerable rhythm? Is the tempo moderate to fast? Is there a clearly outlined melody? Does the music create a mood or visual picture? How long are the musical selections?

Essay Instructions: I have to write a brief for a Legal Studies class. We are to choose our own subject and make up the facts for the brief. It can be about search, seizure, or trespass. The example our prof gave us was the nursery rhyme Goldilocks and trespass. The Bears contend that Goldilocks trespassed and she contends that she had consent to enter the house. I need 4 real cases for the brief. Two that support the plaintiff and two that support the defendent. Ex: One paragraph about the first case, explain what happened, how it was ruled, and how does it apply to your case. Same for second case. Third and fourth case: Paragraph each about your defense. What happened, how court ruled, and how these do not relate to your case.

I also have to have a few pgs of the cases being referenced turned in. He said 2 pgs before reference and after reference. The brief will also be submitted to Turn it in.com.

My major is accounting not law, but this is a required class. So I would like to keep this pretty simple.
