Title: Trends in U.S. nuclear energy policy

  • Total Pages: 4
  • Words: 1234
  • Sources:5
  • Citation Style: APA
  • Document Type: Essay
Essay Instructions: Please make the paper generally about the state of nuclear energy use in the United States, laws/regulations pertaining to nuclear power (especially those that would help to either inhibit or expand its use nationally). Also please mention the lack of new nuclear power plants being built in the US, the necessity for expansion in nuclear power here, and comparisons with nuclear energy policy in the US with policies in other industrialized nations. Uses of laws/regulations in the paper don't have to be very specific (in fact, it would be suspicious if it was too in-depth). In the conclusion, please include a summary of where you (I) think the issue of nuclear energy is heading the US. Give nuclear energy a positive spin and explain how it's one of our most viable alternative energy options. I'm a junior in a senior-level class but the prof. expects pretty decent work out of me. But please try not to use too many three syllable words. I very much appreciate the help/service and look forward to reading the paper.
Thanks.
PS- I just want to emphasize that this is not a paper for a law-school class, it's a senior level undergraduate class. An essay that's really wordy or uses too much case-law will definitely raise red flags, so please just keep that in mind.
