1. Theoretical grounding and approach to sampling

approach/position is more important (in this assignment) than trying to defend any particular
position.
2. Design a questionnaire based on your
proposed research direction with necessary justifications. It should not be longer than 800 words.
3.Ask one of your peers to review your questionnaire or interview questions and once completed
write a paragraph what you would have liked to change to improve your questionnaire/interview
questions and why (not more than 150 words). In tis part, you should free to write how your peers comment on your questionnaire? do you agree or disagree with their comment? why?

Essay Instructions: This essay is based on a quantitative research analysis of London Gateway Port project from an economical, and financial point of view (illustrate using examples, statistical facts, figures and economic projections).

One suggestion is that the essay can be carried out in comparison to the second biggest port in UK (Felixstowe Port) considering:
economic and financial factors: commercial growth opportunities, development of complimentary business opportunities, cash flow
environmental impacts (biodiversity displacement, reduction in congestion),
financial impacts (projection of costs estimates and savings to the Greater London area and to the retail business)
increase in shipping capacity etc..
