Essay Instructions: I am looking for a paper on how hypnosis can end all struggles for people - be it weight loss, smoking,anxiety, IBS, etc - all of the various modalities. I would like quotes from leading authorites as well as somre statistics onm its efficacy. Also include a brief discussion on self hypnosis . I would also like a self hypnosis application that people could use in their everyday lifes - (obviously without giving away the store becuase I do need them to call me for appointments). The intention is for individulas to gain a complete understanding of the process and how it can be applied to all areas of struggle ad well as a self hypnosis tool for them to apply to thier personal lives. The main interntion is to educate and offer them something of value for thier self improvement.
