? An Introduction: Tell what you are going to discuss in your paper.
? Provide a clear understanding of your knowledge of each theory discussed. Identify the theory chosen and provide a rationale for your choice (this discussion should include how you define theory, your understanding of each theory, a rationale for choosing these particular theories, and how they relate to one another).
? Discuss how each theory is inclusive or exclusive of oppressed populations (individuals distinguished by race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, culture, class, and ability).
? Discuss the theories in terms of social work values and ethics as well as a social justice perspective (Refer to the NASW Code of Ethics: http://www.socialworkers.org/pubs/code/code.asp (pay particular attention to the core values in your discussion).
? Conclusion.
This paper should be in APA 6th Ed. from 10-12 pages in length (not including cover page and references) and should have at least 15 references and 3-5 should come from peer-reviewed articles written within the last 7 years (unless they are historical works related to a particular theory).
