Essay Instructions: This is a History of Western Civilization topic covering the aftermath of WWI into the Great Depression and WWII. Answer the following questions in content of six page paper and conclusion, do not write introduction: 1.How can we explain the appeal of fascism in the interwar period? Three of the four above references must be used in the essay. Just be sure to site which reference used.

Essay Instructions: A. Gregor, “Interpretations of Fascism,” Transaction Publications, 2000, offers a discussion of “six reasonably distinctive discursive theories of ‘fascism’.”(pg.22) Do any of the six, or a combination thereof, approximate what fascism means? Or does your understanding of fascism amount to an alternative theory, something that differs from Gregor’s list? Write an essay, which critiques contemporary conceptualizations of fascism.
