Use the off-campus electronic databases, provided by Liberty University's library and other sources to search for journal articles in professional accounting and business journals that pertain to topics covered in ACCT 311. Seek your instructor's approval of the topic and write a 3 - 4-page, double-spaced research paper. Your paper should include 1-inch margins and pagination and should follow APA format. The font you choose must be 12-pt type or less. It must include references from at least five different sources. Be sure to include a title page and a reference page in addition to your 3 - 4 pages of required writing.

If you have access the FASB webiste for quoting that would be great but no big deal if not.

Essay Instructions: In this module, we are going to review your organization and its applicability for Activity Based Costing (ABC). CISCO Corporation.

Identify a product or service in your organization that could use ABC. You can also use this technique for selling and administrative costs. Then identify at least three activities for ABC and the appropriate cost drivers for those activities. Estimate the application rates for each cost driver.

If you cannot identify specific actual amounts, make a reasonable estimate and apply the tool as if the data were factual.
