Essay Instructions: The U.S. government has written several strategy documents since the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. All of these strategies must complement one another in order to ensure an effective and efficient U.S. preparation for and response to a terrorist attack or other Homeland Security event. Select three U.S. strategy documents from the required readings, the supplemental readings, and your research. Compare and contrast their objectives.
