Can these countries adapt to these technologies and can they start their own? Mention statistics if possible. Etc...

4- Conclusion: Wrap up the paper by discussing how these approaches would affect middle eastern and third world countries, and how it would benefit them or not. Also how will it affect the producing countries like the USA? Would they benefit from it or not?
