The use of formative and summative assessments (type of assessments used during the lessons/why/purpose/did they measure what needed to be measured in relation to the goal of your lesson?

How the use of assessments helped you reflect upon and make changes to your pedagogy

Make sure you have an opportunity to consider qualitative and quantitative data. If you do not have both- explain how reflecting back some assessments could have been incorporated or not- How the assessments used helped measure learning goals of your lessons.
Discuss how assessments impacted the learning of your students and how it also impacted the student introduced during phase 1 (the student that is your focus for your teacher work sample)
