Instructions for Standardized Test College Essay Examples

Essay Instructions: This is for a research/thesis paper for a comps paper for doctoral program in education. In need the title to say: "Are the state standardized tests truly reflective of all students, even those with cutlural diversity, limited English, and disabilities?" The abstract that I have composed for the paper is as follows: "No Child Left Behind aims to achieve a lofty goal that no other society has ever before attempted, a quality education for all students by the 2013-2014 school year. In order to meet these proficiency goals, each state must define Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP), a set of performance goals that establishse the minimum levels of improvement, based on state standardized tests that school, local educational agencies, and the State as a whole must achieve within time frames specified in law. In order to highlight the reflective achievement levels of certain groups of students and hold schools accountable for closing any achievement gaps, the law requires every school, school district, and state to sort the average test results by the racial/ethnic category, disability, limited English proficiency, socioeconomic status, migrant staus, and gender."
I need this paper to examine No Child Left Behind and AYP, and whether or not these state standardized tests are reflective of the ablilty of all students, why or why not.
This paper needs 20 sources- at least 15 need ot be books.
It needs at least 25 quotes within the paper. I would like to also request that it be done and sent to me in Microsoft Word format. (I would also like to request that a specific writer compose it- the writer who did my last paper, paper ID 55374, if at all posible).
