Essay Instructions: Write a paper that discusses author Shirley Jackson's MAIN THEME in her short fiction story "The Lottery" that suggests too many people are overly devoted to certain kinds of traditions. Include what she may be arguing about tradition and what traditions might she have in mind. This paper needs to be very well organized and contain 5-6 well developed paragraphs as well. Each paragraph must contain a MINIMUM of 4 well constructed sentences supporting the topic and/or theme.
