Essay Instructions: Public Sector Strategy: Much of this course has focused on strategies that are intended to provide companies with a sustainable competitive advantage over their rivals in the market place. Since government agencies generally don’t sell products or services in a marketplace, does ‘strategy’ have a different meaning in the public or non-profit sectors?
