Essay Instructions: The body of the paper being no less than 4 and no more than 6 pages in length. The page limit does not include title page, abstract (or summary) if you decide to use one (it is not necessary to use one), or bibliography. APA format must be used. A helpful hint in writing your paper is to include headings with the following sections: Introduction; Pro; Con; Conclusion. State the issue and explain its importance in your introduction. In writing your pro and con agreements, present arguments and evidence for choosing one side of the issue. Next present arguments and evidence for the other side. The two arguments should be in balance. Finally, in the conclusion of your paper, state your conclusions and the basis for them. Your resources (at least 5) should be recent books or peer-reviewed journals. You must cite your sources in the body of your paper. If you must use websites for resources, limit them to two total and make sure they reputable sites (no Wikipedia). Your paper should be written in your own words, using quotations only to support what you are trying to convey. The information you obtain from your sources and put into your own words needs to be referenced, as do the quotations you use. Your paper should not consist of large sections of quoted material. Physical design of system and implementation
Thoroughly discuss who, how, what, when, and other resources used for the project. This will take 3-4 pages. Include documentation of the system in the appendices.
Evaluation
How will an evaluation of the project be carried out, who will do it, and what will result from the evaluation, i.e. What measure/phenomena will indicate that you have solved the problem or addressed the opportunity? This will take 1-2 pages.
Conclusion:
Discuss what you (the writer) learned, both pro and con about the topic researched. What did you accomplish with your applied project? Include 2-4 questions that you still have about the topic and that you may research in the future. This will take 2-3 pages.
References:
List only those sources cited in your paper. Be sure to use APA format. The purpose of a reference list is to provide your reader with direction to your sources. Accuracy is important. Minimum of 25 credible sources that are no older than 5 years.

Appendices:
Include only materials that are necessary to enhance the text of your paper. If charts or figures are used, make sure to use APA formatting standards. Database documentation, program code, examples of questionnaires, etc. may be included in the appendices.
