SUMMARY: the paper in essence need to use only Pericle's Funeral oration and The book i listed above as sources page numbers, etc will be required. The point of the paper is to tie in the effects of the many burdens that Attica carried and how those burdens affected the way Atheians thought, becoming democratic and beign willing to fight in the face of anything to protect it. I thought Greece was much like the Olive Trees that are so plenteful there. They they can be burned, chopped up, and attacked by insects, but they always survived and so do their ideals.
