Essay Instructions: I want my paper to be about managing teams and how different personalities could affect the teams in different ways. I recommend that you use the Myers Briggs test. Here you will find 16 different personality types and then I believe they are broken down into 4 different categories. You could use the 4 different categories for your(that will be you or me whatever) personality types and then discuss effective ways for managers to manage those types.
