Essay Instructions: The paper i need written is a political science paper,specifically on international law. To make it easier for you, i want you to write about international law and human trafficking, meaning how international law has been applied to human trafficking and whether it has been successful or not. So you must take a position on whether international law has proven effective or ineffective in terms of protecting human rights violations such as human trafficking.This would be your thesis.You can use the following three countries to evaluate the situation:albania, cambodia and russia. If you do not feel comfortable using these countries, feel free to use any other countries that may suit the paper but i want you to stick to three or four countries to make the paper more specific. It shouldn't just be about human trafficking and international law in general, it should be specific, especially using various countries to argue your point. In addition, since it is a research paper, i need you to obviously use at least 10 valid sources or evidence to prove your position. I would also like to include the directions from my syllabus, just in case i haven't explained myself well enough, which is written below:
**Paper assignment: you will pick an actual case, contemporary or historical, to argue one of the following: (1) where the jurisdiction is under international law (e.g. the Somali pirates; IPR piracy); (2) whether international law is violated (e.g., invasion of Iraq, torture of prisoners); (3) how should international law be applied (e.g., a territorial dispute, marine pollution, air hijacking, hostage taking); or (4) whether “might makes right” or power determines if law is applied (e.g., selective prosecution, selective intervention). You can come up with your own thematic question as we proceed with the textbook.
