In the business industry, there are many different aspects of business in each organization. Each organization needs to be aware of all financial and organizational issues and concerns before they are an issue that may affect the production or overall business of that organization. There are many resources of information that an individual may research to find the best possible solution or products. For an organization to be able to be successful and be able to compete with their competition, they should be aware of their competition as well as be competitive. The most successful organization will have the best possible candidates for their employees.
Kaiser Permanente is one of the leading health care providers in California. They are well known for providing great health care as well as a sought after employer in the health care industry. Kaiser Permanente is an organization that utilizes a union to help cover the employees and assist the organization. This organization as many different types of businesses in the health care industry. They are well known for their reputation of being a great employer and provide great incentives and benefits for their employees. In the times of technology and the internet, many individuals can simply research their issues in a matter of minutes and Kaiser Permanente is able to support their employees in different ways.
Kaiser Permanente is a health care provider and is susceptible to the laws and regulations that are mandated by the state and federal laws. The union is able to abide by these laws and help cover the employees in cases where the employee may be mistreated. This makes Kaiser Permanente a very sought after employer within the industry.
The employees are not the only ones the benefit from the union. The union is able to monitor and enforce any issues the organization may have with employees and other entities they may work with. The organization is able to rely on the union to enforce any rules and regulations that is set and agreed upon by the union and organization. This in turn will have the peace of mind that the employees are working to the best of their abilities. (Partnership, 2012)
Every two years, Kaiser Permanente and the union will meet to discuss any issues with contracts and agreements that may have become an issue within the year. (LMP, 2010) This leads to negotiations and revisions of contracts when agreements have been met. The union has a large impact on the organization due to the fact that every employee who is not on salary is able to turn to them for advice or help. Employees will have the peace of mind that they will be treated fairly and justly so they may concentrate more on their daily job functions.
Conclusion
In conclusion, there are many different sources of information for researches to find. With the age of technology, there are even more sources of information for each individual as well as organizations to be able to benchmark or adapt to changes or competition. There are many different ways an organization can help improve their overall productivity and revenue. Unions are utilized to help in enforcing rules and regulations as well as assisting employees with legal and organizational issues. With the laws and regulations that can confuse employees, unions are there to assist employees so that the organization will have the best potential productivity and quality outcomes from their employees.
