Their union was inspiration to fight of independence from the British. Banjamin Franklin wrote a letter about it: Benjamin Franklin on the Iroquois League, in a letter to James Parker, 1751

I need to have primary and secondary sources. The letter and the constitution should be fine as primary ones. Also different sources (books, websites, etc).

Their women had many rights and had influence on the feminist movement.
