Essay Instructions: I will need to fax over additional information but this essay is to analyze "Hills Like White Elephants" by Ernest Hemingway. In the story the couple faces a diffcult decision whether or not to abort an unborn child. While the man's position is relatively obvious, the girl's is more ambiguous. Through their conversation, they come to a conclusion that is not made clear to the reader. You should argue whether or not they decide to go through with the abortion and you should prove your position through closely examining the text. This Essay should be more like a "Critical Analysis". There should also include a Thesis Statement that guides you through the paper. The stance should be clear on whether you will argue for or against the couple's decision to have an abortion. There is more additional information that again I would like to fax over to make certain that the assignment is clear. Thank you so much!
There are faxes for this order.

Essay Instructions: Hi All,

I am a Junior in College and I need this done on Ernst Hemingways "Hills Like White Elephants"

It needs to be 3 pages plus I need a work cited page as well.

I need it to come from the text itself, and 2 other sources from Jstor & Ebsco, one source from online as well, so total of 3 sources, and cited!

Heres what the teacher wrote, I just pasted it here!

Try to make your responses text-based (your primary evidence is likely to come from close textual analysis). There is a required research element in your response (so you are encouraged to explore and demonstrate some knowledge of prevailing criticism), but the essay should also be individual and personal in approach, offering your perspective of the text, and demonstrating your understanding and appreciation.

In a close textual analysis of a single poem (not line by line) offer a perspective on the work that is aware of its complexities, but identifies and reflects on dominant themes and impressions. So, there it is what I am needing, I also need a strong thesis, and conclusion, also need it marked where its cited.
