Essay Instructions: I have written 3 pages of it already but I need to to help me edit/add more things for me.
Topic: To develop Kaho'olawe, Hawaii as a tourist destination but still maintain the hawaiian culture, customs, aspects and traditions of Hawai'i. Our concept: sustainability,environmentally friendly.
Sources: use only website sources.
I have already came up with all the necessary goals to develop the island so you just have to follow on the 3 goals and write the paper based on it.

The 3 goals:
1. Goal 1: support and maintain Hawaiian Culture (current situation: no infrastructure at all)
Objective 1: Build Infrastructure
Strategy 1: Create power source
Strategy 2: Create a fresh water source
Strategy 3: Create sewer system
Strategy 4: Create roads (not for the whole island but only to some of the destinations, we would like to keep it at its original state as possible
Objective 2: Developing the Cultural educational center (current situation: no tourist attractions)
Strategy 1: Building the center
Strategy 2: Build the camp ground
Strategy 3: Create Food and beverage facilities
Objective 3: Access to the Island (access to the island by boat only and there is no regular schedule for it)
Strategy 1: Create a ferry dock
Strategy 2: Create ferry rides from Maui, Hawaii
2. Goal 2: Sustain and develop the island
Objective 1: Limit impact on the environment (sustainability) ( Current situation: no measures to sustain the environment)
Strategy 1: Make walking trails (for hikes)
Strategy 2: Develop a recycling system
Strategy 3: Create environmentally friendly signage (to raise awareness of the locals and tourists)
Strategy 4: Bicycle rental store (would be one of our main source of transportation to prevent pollution and be environmentally friendly)
Objective 2: Develop agriculture (poor vegetation and growth due to dry landscape)
Strategy 1: Xeriscape
Strategy 2: grow own vegetation and fruits (self-sustainable)
3. Goal 3: Expand our resort
Objective 1: provide a more upscale service and facilities (only have the camping ground from goal 1)
Strategy 1: Build cabins
Strategy 2: Build fine dining restaurants
Strategy 3: Local product stores
Objective 2: Additional pleasure (current situation: not enough attractions to cater to the different needs)
Strategy 1: Healing outdoor spa
Strategy 2: Meditation center
Strategy 3: Kids center ( example: playground made from natural resources)
Strategy 4: Horse ranch
Strategy 5: outdoor activity store (not only sells outdoor activities items but also provide other outdoor activities services such as surfing instructor....)
