For this paper, you will describe a critical corrections issue or problem prevalent within or related to the American corrections arena, for example, gang violence.
Based on your research of the issue of gang violence, you will explain any current approaches to the critical issue, and the effectiveness or impact of the current solutions on the issue. In addition, you will recommend solutions to the issue, incorporating supporting resources for rationalizing your solutions.
And finally you will need to research the state of Georgia?s corrections agencies to determine how all correctional facilities are funded?local jails, state and federal prisons, and community surveillance programs?and explain your findings.
You will then return to your recommendations and explain if they are rational and feasible given your knowledge of state of Georgia funding, and explain your position.
