Write a three to four (3-4) page paper that addresses the following tasks below.
1. Identify and evaluate at least three (3) forces that have affected the development of the health care system in the U.S.
2. Speculate whether or not these forces will continue to affect the health care system in the U.S. over the next decade. Include another force that was not mentioned that you believe will impact the health care system of the nation.
3. Evaluate the importance of technology in health care.
4. Use at least two (2) quality academic resources in this assignment. Note: Wikipedia and other Websites do not quality as academic resources.

Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:
? Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; citations and references must follow APA or school-specific format. Check with your professor for any additional instructions.
? Include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student?s name, the professor?s name, the course title, and the date. The cover page and the reference page are not included in the required assignment page length.

Essay Instructions: Need Literature Review Chapter for Paper
Topic of the paper: Forces leading to changes in the banking industry
Research Question for Paper: What has made the banking industry evolve to what it is today and why have these changes taken place? How have these changes affected the banking industry and the economy.

The first chapter of the paper that includes the limitations, scope and introduction of the paper has been completed. I will be attaching it as a resource.

Also, I found a few sources that you might want to use, I will attach them for you as well. They are part of my annotated bibliography.
