Tasks:

b. State your position clearly and provide compelling evidence to support your
argument. In developing your argument you must employ a range of strategic HRM concepts covered in the first five weeks. You can also include examples from practice and provide a coherent discussion.
c. Based on your analysis and argument provide a succinct conclusion with any implications for theory and practice.

Objectives/Hints:
The relevant chapters in the textbook, class activities, case analysis and required readings are an appropriate starting point for thinking about the above tasks. Other HRM and ER textbooks will also be helpful. So will books and edited collections on specific HR-related topics. You must properly use and reference at least SIX articles from journals in the blow list.(already attached) If you do not, your research paper will only be marked to a maximum of 20/30.

Assessment Criteria:
Your research paper will be judged on the following criteria. Marks will be allocated as designated, up to a total of 30. See the section below for the criteria distinguishing grades.

A. Demonstration of academic and research skills (5 marks)
Research skills as demonstrated by the range and relevance of references,
and appropriate referencing of all materials used.
Quality of written expression, including sentence structure, paragraphing,
