Professor what us to provide some examples, such as the disaster caused by engineering cheat. For example, for civil engineer, we have to make the bridge using a certain amount of reinforce steel. Some people in China use less amount of steel in order to save money. This could lead to a collapse of bridge and deaths.

The main purpose of this paper is to discuss why successful engineers must be able to inspire trust and confidence in others where their honesty and integrity is concerned. Also, we can refer back to why college student have to be loyal before they step into the real society.
