Understanding that each of the following has been recognized as "art forms," search the web and find one website that is relevant to each of these: dance, visual art, music, film, television, radio, architecture, and theater.

2.Visit the websites for the Smithsonian Institution: The Arthur M. Sackler Gallery (under "collection", pick only from Ancient Egypt art and Ancient Near Eastern art) and the Institute of Egyptian Art and Archeology under Exhibit of artifacts.
Select two works of art from an ancient period that appear on those sites. This website shows examples using MLA style. Use APA style for this part of the paper and include pictures of the works and/or links to the works you choose.The work needs to be analyzed by applying the use of the different types of critiques; Formal, Contextual, Structural and Deconstruction. It should address the following characteristics; Size, Medium, Techniques, Physical and Subject Content (i.e. analyze point, line, shapes, color, mass, balance, texture, composition, message, etc.), Meaning, and so on. Furthermore, you must discuss the significance of the work in reference to any similarities and differences to the other works. 3. Use the two criteria used to judge the quality of a work: craft (how well an artwork was made) and communication (the uniqueness of the artist's vision and its message or meaning). Michelangelo Buonarroti and Leonardo da Vinci were considered masters of these two qualities. Compare a work from each artist and explain how these qualities have been demonstrated using the knowledge and vocabulary when evaluating art. You may use the Internet to find the artwork. Be sure to cite your sources.
Show in the paper the HOW and WHY each artist is a master of technique (craft) and content, meaning and expressing their vision (communication). Use concrete evidence to support your comparisons. MLA format (1 page)
