Most of my working career has been with IBM (20 years) and now Intel (eight)--mostly in management positions in sales/marketing, manufacturing, systems and supply chain management. Essay Instructions: Cultural values are deeply engrained attitudes or beliefs that a people hold as important or desirable, which to a large extent determine how they interact with one another and with people of other cultures, and which are reflected (perhaps even unconsciously) in their art, music, folklore, and media, including movies. An example of an American cultural value is that we marry for love, rather than let our families arrange a marriage. In romantic comedies this value is frequently reflected as two people who are "destined" to fall in love, no matter how many obstacles seem to stand in their way.

This paper is to show how Western films reveals American cultural values. Compare/contrast '3:10 to Yuma' directed by James Mangold and 'Unforgiven' directed by Clint Eastwood. Use at least ten references that do not reference the two films. Of those ten at least two are books, two scholarly articles and two credible web sites.

This paper is to be written using Microsoft Word and in the APA format. At least five references need to be used in this paper (Don?t use all the sources from internet).
When writing this paper, please consider to my backgrounds. I am from China and I do business in the U.S. Therefore, when using some real life examples, my background should be considered.

In the paper, cultural, value, ethics and morals should be included and related.

Citation, References and other necessary information for APA style are needed. No Footnotes in the paper. Also please provide copies of sources to me.
