Please do not plainly narrate the events. I should have comments on every important events. (follow my thesis.My Thesis: ` I, personally, believe teenagers should have access to elective cosmetic surgery only with parents` permission, because young people have not yet had knowledge to understand the potential side-effects, so they are not mentally mature to make this decision. `
Timeline: From the time this controversy first emerged ---todays status.
Also I should have a timeline. (For example, what are the important events in 1990,2000..and etc?) There should not be any gap more than 5 years. If there is a necessary time gap over 5 years, i need to explain why there is such a time gap.
