In your essay please discuss why Harrington thought the book was important to write, whether or not Matthew?s Gospel is ?Anti-Jewish,? how this Gospel is not a justification for supersessionism. What is the point of the parable? How would it have spoken to Jesus? original audience? To Matthew?s audience? What does it call us to in our Christian life?
