Research and review several leadership award programs and associated criteria.
Select an industry and an organization in that industry with which you are familiar, and design a leadership award program for the selected industry.
Your leadership award program must have a minimum of four major categories.
? Each major category must have a minimum of five selection criteria and associated rating criteria.
? Submit a 1,400- to 1,750-word paper in which you address the following:
? Describe each major category and selection criteria.
? Describe each rating criteria and how it would be applied.
? Describe how you might apply this leadership award program to your organization. What are the potential benefits for your chosen organization?
