Due to the potential lack of personnel with IT skills, it is probably best to implement an entire ERP solution. Again, keeping in line with the size of the business, this does not need to be a very complex one. It will, however, be helpful in dealing with some of the human resources challenges that may arise in the process of developing and expanding the company.

For this last matter, it is important to note the fact that some of the opportunities that may arise, such as the B2B segment or simply opening a website where the tickets can be sold, will also mean an increase in personnel, which will make the use of an ERP solution even more important.

Further more, developing and expanding will also mean that the supply chain will be much more complex.
In the current phase, tickets are purchased or produced and sold further on to the final consumer through two basic channels: phone or person. With the development of a website, the distribution channels are multiplied, which means that there should be a consistent SCM solution to keep track of how whole channel is managed.

It is not difficult to resume and point out that many of these solutions will be used by all or most of the departments involved. For example, this is especially true for the CRM solution: it is in the interest of all departments to learn and know as much as possible about the customers and customer preference in order to make rational decisions......
