The working of the department leads to the overall success of the other programs and plans aimed by the country in delivering medical services to the country. Moreover, delivery of medical services to the marginalized and women involved approaches that consumed less amount of finances from the government and other support organs.

Question 2: Important agencies at the federal level which impact on delivery of medical services to the Americans

There are several agencies situated at the federal level that serve in delivery of medical services to the people of the United States of America. One of the agencies is the Emergency Medical Services in the United States of America. This body provides services to the people in need. Emergency services are those delivered to the people who enter into an instance of medical need out of hospital. In most cases, such cases are acute and in distinctive need of medical personnel. The federal government has a number of responses that are supposed to be elicited from it. The federal government regulates the entire activities of the Emergency Medical Services in the country. The body gives guidelines and principles that must be met by the medical providers in the country. The federal government works hand in hand with the state government in order to establish high standards of operation within the country in providing emergency medical services to the public. Within the emergency services, there are air medical activities provided by the federal government.
Significance of the agencies and statutory mandates

Presence of agencies above is crucial to delivery of medical services to the people of the United States of America. Delivery of health care to the people is a crucial undertaking that has experienced enormous growth due to the presence of these agencies. Moreover, it is imperative to know that everything done within the agencies transcends down to equitable management of the medical standards and facilities in the country. The health services delivered to the people are of high standards due to the influence of the medical agencies. The delivery of medical services is a collective activity yet assigned to the operations offered by the National Health Care Services in the country. This approach gives it a formative example that makes the entire health care sector deliver equitable medical services to the people. The statutory boards state that it is sufficient to have health care apparatus within all the states just like emergency services. This statute and many other statutes serve to better the performance of the organization in all aspects and levels of performances (Shi & Singh, 2010).
