This helps the firm to establish basic procedures for improving their reputation and offering customers with more. The way company can generate added organizational learning, is to continue to teach staff members other avenues of offering customers with something more. This is achieved by helping to educate them about the products they are selling, the benefits of purchasing them and how this enhances their quality of life. To improve their performance further, Whole Foods must concentrate on showing how they are different from competitors. This can be achieved through a massive publication relations campaign. That is focused on highlighting the firm's achievements, where they are headed and how this will help a variety of stakeholders in process. Over the course of time, this will allow the company to be seen in a positive light.
