This instruction defines and applies a revised OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health (OSPP) and defines Agency measures for executing this type of program. Also, this strategy will be used to benefit the company. This directive explains and utilizes a revised OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health (OSPP) with the company and sets forth events to instrument this program. This strategy will talk about the things that the company will need in order to be prepared for the inspection and to be able to pass the evaluation process to become a part of the OSHA Strategic Partnerships (OSPs).

Why we need the Program?

Our company here in Orlando, FL recognize that workers and employers that are in the federal and private agencies who have executed effective health and safety management systems and maintain illness and injury and rates below national Bureau of Labor Statistics averages for their respective industries. In management, VPP, labor, and OSHA work supportively and proactively to stop injuries, fatalities, and illnesses through a system concentrated on: control hazard and prevention; training; worksite analysis; and worker involvement and management commitment. In order to even participate, employers will need to submit an application to OSHA and then experience a rigorous onsite evaluation by a team of safety and health professionals to view our organization. Union support is necessary for applicants that are represented by why is known as a bargaining unit. Also our company if accepted will be re-evaluated every three to five years in order to stay in the programs. Our company can get are exempt from OSHA programmed inspections while we maintain their VPP status, once in the program.

It is clear that up under the OSHA Recordkeeping regulation, covered workers are required to maintain and prepare records of severe occupational illnesses and, injuries utilizing the OSHA 300 Log (Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) Home, 2014).
It is important that the executive managers provide the manuals in order to have everyone prepared. This information is important for our employers, workers to understand and when it comes to evaluating the safety of a workplace, understanding industry dangers, and applying worker protections in order to reduce and remove hazards.

Technology

Because technology will continue to advance and closely influence how marketing is accomplished, it will always be important for our company to be tech savvy when entering the OSHA program. Providing this technology ahead of time will be key. Workers engagement will take place in a lot ways, and having up-to-date technology can show OSHA that the company is ahead of the game. It is important that innovators create the tools, that OSHA will be happy to see and also that they feel will be a good fit for the program.

Training

OSHA offers a wide assortment of training courses and educational programs in order to help employer knowledge and broaden worker on the recognition, prevention, and avoidance of safety and health hazards in their workplaces. OSHA also offers training and educational materials that help businesses train their workers and conform to the Occupational Safety and Health Act.

All the training courses, educational programs, and training materials and resources that are will of course be administered by the OSHA Directorate of Training and Education but the resources will need to be paid by the company.
