Five Factor Personality Test (http://www.personalitytest.org.uk/) was developed for use in online psychological research. It consists of forty-one questions and is based on the "Big Five" model that states that there are five main dimensions necessary to broadly describe human personality. There are times in the past when I have been taken advantage of because of this belief, but overall my workplace experiences have been positive, I feel, because of my friendly and cooperative manner. I generally get along well with most people. In two different jobs I help, my bosses called me "the peacemaker" and noted that my easy-going nature and willingness to cooperate helped foster a very positive work environment. That praise early in my working career continues to remind me of how important these characteristics are to job satisfaction and a pleasant workplace environment.

I also rated relatively high on the conscientious factor. I am generally methodical, well-organized….....
