This will require networking and communication with other Church leaders who can help me to shepherd others too. Identifying communities and individuals in need is another step towards effective ministry. When I have identified who needs assistance, I can start praying immediately. God works in mysterious ways, enabling a diverse group of individuals to come together and find Christ.

Continuing on the same spiritual path that I have enjoyed for years, I hope to deepen my relationship with God through regular study and prayer. Participating more in group prayer is important, which I have learned from my activities in this course and my evaluations of successful ministries. If I had to give advice to others about pursuing the ministry path, I would suggest that they first interact with Church leaders, or at least, observe those leaders and how they work. The key components of ministry, such as prayer and proselytizing, remain the most significant.
Details are less important, as each leader will have a unique style and approach towards ministry. It matters not whether a person delivers impassioned sermons, or who writes moving articles for the online Christian community. What matters most is that the individual serves Christ through righteous Christian living, and honest self-appraisal. With a pure mind and heart, a person can serve God and the community as a minister. I certainly intend to do this, as I have already committed my life to God.
