Previously the system specialized in bill of materials and routing, the purchase orders needed, and the shop orders to build products. Some of the companies have expressed their reluctance towards Material Requirement Planning system with reference to the production planning, the production schedule is performed through report contents of the Material Requirement Planning system, and however the system can be regarded as suitable with manufacturing activities (Doug, 2006).
