Measuring Patient Outcomes

Measuring patient outcomes is crucial to evaluating the quality of healthcare since achieving positive patient outcomes is the most fundamental of all goals of healthcare in general (Hamric, Spross, & Hanson, 2009; Taylor, Lillis, & LeMone, 2008).
