The fact that the video went on Youtube is not correct, but in the end we must value if this harmed the woman's image or not. Looking at the recording we notice that the face of the woman is not visible. One can not even tell if it is a woman or a girl, since the camera was too far in order to record details. This means that it was impossible to know the identity of the person who fell. Taking this into consideration, it is safe to say that there was no damage even after the video became viral.

Did something bad happen? The incident was unusual, falling into a fountain is not something one would expect. The woman must have been a bit scared and also ashamed. It is true that it would have been nice to have someone ask her if she was ok and perhaps offer her a blanket or something that could help her dry. There is an universal moral duty to help your fellowmen who are in need, but there can be no punishment for those who fail to do so. The incident might have had negative consequences, such as a physical injury and at that point the situation might have changed.
However, there was no such injury and this is the only thing that matters. There are universal coordinates which help people understand what is right and what is wrong. Nevertheless, one must always analyze the circumstances in which facts occur in order to understand if the universal principles can be properly applied. Some might argue that there is the danger of falling into relativism and to a certain extent this is true. Value has intrinsic characteristics which make it what it is, but circumstances are always important in understanding whether justice is made or not......
