Depending on the specific context, ethical analysis of ICT applications in medicine therefore will increasingly have to combine insights and approaches from several different disciplines." (p.5)

The truth is that while some issues have been addressed in regards to ethical considerations in the health care practice that in reality the issues are still presently being identified for the largest part and as reported in this work legislation has addressed some issues relating to information privacy and discrimination yet in many areas of the medical practice and the use of information technology, the ethical considerations are still being examined and disseminated.

It will require some hands-on use of many of these technologies and some time as well in order that health care professions understand what the ethical considerations really entail and before they are able to formulate solutions addressing these ethical concerns. Likely to be a factor of primary importance is the collaboration between the medical science and health practitioner community and the patient population in identifying precisely what issues relating to privacy, use of information, as well as the more complex technical information relating to implants and other techniques reviewed in this work.

There are likely to be ethical violations occur quickly because of the unknown that is involved at this juncture since many of the ethical considerations are previously unheard of and unimagined.
The health care professional and medical community will do well to have ongoing education and training and to exert a great effort toward keeping medical staff and practitioners up-to-date in what is sure to be a rapidly expanding and transforming practice in health care provision as information technology and its many capabilities become known and integrated into the provision of health care.
